Although the Norfolk and Waveney Chlamydia Screening Programme is for young people aged 15 - 24, if you are requesting a testing kit from the website, you have to be over 16 years of age.

If you check the terms and conditions box on the order form you are confirming that you are over the age of 16 and under 25.

The Norfolk and Waveney Chlamydia Screening Programme will not pass any personal details to any other organisation.

The Health Protection Agency count how many people in England have Chlamydia.

We will send the Health Protection Agency anonymised test results that do not reveal details of participant’s names or contact details.
